This workshop is guided by a yoga practitioner and holistic wellness mentor with over 15 years of experience in yoga and mindful living. Her work focuses on helping people release stress, reconnect with their inner balance, and create harmony in body, mind, and energy through simple yet powerful practices. Through her programs, she integrates yoga wisdom, breathwork, awareness practices, and energy alignment to support a more balanced and centered life.





I know Meghna since last 6 yrs. I love to take her online sessions whenever it is possible except few breaks. Her dedication and commitment to her work as a coach is appreciable. She is innovative and offers variations according to the state of health and flexibility of muscles, tendons and ligaments. You will experience simple practices such as guided breathing, awareness exercises, and relaxation techniques that support emotional balance.
You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a small open space to practice comfortably.
No, recording will not be provided. We encourage participants to attend the live session to get the full benefit of guided practice.
The workshop will be conducted live online, where you can follow the yoga practices step-by-step with guidance.
